Every Day is My Day - Revisited

Every day I have 24 hours or 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds, which I can choose to either give away or share.

When I'm being of service to others, whether that service is paid or unpaid, I am choosing to give part of my day to others.

When I spend part of the day with friends and loved ones, I am choosing to share part of my day.

When I spend part of the day doing what I love, I am giving part of that day to myself.

When I know that every day is actually mine to give or share, I am the cause of every moment of my day. Therefore, every moment is an opportunity to explore and express who I am; and regardless of how things may appear, everything is always going my way. Even when I'm asleep, it's a perfect opportunity to explore aspects of self. I have received lots of guidance and interesting insights in my sleeping dreams.

When I don't see every day as belonging to me, then I am experiencing the effects of others' thoughts and expectations.

Every day is my day and everything's always going my way.
